Sector 7 Ruins is a sprawling, partially submerged metropolis from the Old World. It is currently choked with mutated flora and features intact power conduits and strange, humming structures.

The area is controlled by the Iron Syndicate, a highly organized group of scavengers and engineers who leverage their superior knowledge of pre-Collapse technology to dominate access to the ruins.
